Our Objectives:
- Offer independent, non-partisan “change” recommendations.
- Identify managerial and organizational resources and tools.
- Facilitate discussions and forums on the performance and perception of
state government operations and its workforce.
- Recognize practices of outstanding state employee services.
- Support technology investments on well designed process workflows.
- Identify areas of duplication and workflows that confuse the public, erode
workforce morale, and consume operating resources.
